Our company's roots date back to the 1980s on the german façade market. Using gained know-how and experience Jerzy Pokojski founded own company in 1998 in Gdansk. The history of POKO-AL is a fine example of a development from a small family-enterprise to a large international organization.
The period running from 2002 is the time of rapid growth. The company broadened its scope of activity to include aluminium facade-systems production by building a factory in Kamien (Szembud). After expansion into Western European and Scandinavian markets, an independent branch was established in Germany.
The consistent implementation of the development strategy has resulted in a leading position on the facade market. Currently, POKO-AL focuses on comprehensive façade projects.
